JUDGMENT
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.Raman Lal, learned Additional AdvocateGeneral for the appellants and Mr.Sharath Chandran, learned counsel for the respondent/original Writ Petitioner.
2. The learned Single Judge, in paragraph No.6 of the order, has directed the third appellant to return the registered sale deed dated 14.09.2007 bearing Doc.No.10448 of 2007 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, if there is no legal impediment. It is submitted that the registered sale deed is already returned to the respondent/original writ petitioner pursuant to the impugned order.
3. Certainly, the appellants are entitled to decide the representation of the respondent/original petitioner on its own merits as per para 5 of the order.
