This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 16.06.2016 on the file of the Family Court, Salem in I.A.No.281 of 2015 in I.D.O.P.No.5 of 2014.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioner filed a Memo dated 02.02.2022 stating that the petitioner and the respondent family members had settled their family disputes on their own and the same was also recorded and closed in I.A.No.281 of 2015 in I.D.O.P.No.05 of 2014 on the file of the Family Court, Salem. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. The said Memo dated 02.02.2022 filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner is recorded.

4. In view of the aforesaid Memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.19543 of 2016 is closed. 10.02.2022 (vm) Index :
