PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or direction in the nature of Writ, directing the 1st respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 16.02.2023 and subsequently direct the 1st respondent to tag Crime No.1/2023 on the file of 2nd respondent, Crime No.6/2023 on the file of 3rd respondent along with crime No.2/2023 on the file of the 4th respondent for investigation of the above crime number pending on the file of 2nd to 4th respondent.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 16.02.2023 and subsequently, direct the first respondent to tag Crime No.1 of 2023, on the file of second respondent, Crime No.6 of 2023, on the file of third respondent along with Crime No.2 of 2023, on the file of the fourth respondent for investigation of the above crime numbers pending on the file of second to fourth respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is an accused in Crime No.1 of 2023, pending on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Police, Ariyalur District, Crime No.6 of 2023, pending on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Thoothukudi District and Crime No.2 of 2023, pending on the file of the District Crime Branch, Kancheepuram. All these FIRs came to be registered on the allegation of job racketing. Petitioner is not involved in the offences alleged against him. Therefore, he filed this petition to take all the three FIRs together for being investigated by the Inspector of Police, Ariyalur District. He also submitted that the petitioner submitted a representation dated 16.02.2023 to the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu with copies marked to the first respondent and other police officials. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that petitioner's representation would be considered and necessary orders would be passed.

4.In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the 3/5

petitioner's representation dated 16.02.2023 in the manner known to law and pass appropriate orders within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
