The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the case for theft against the unknown person registered on 12.07.2023, for 1/4

the offence under Sections 454 & 380 IPC is still under investigation. Hence the present Criminal Original Petition is filed to expedite the investigation and file final report.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that so far eight witnesses were examined who are the suspected person from the scene of occurrence, ended in futile and therefore, the perpetrator of the crime could not be identified that is the reason why the final report could not be filed. 3.

Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent police to file final report as soon as the investigation is completed. 12.04.2024 Index : Yes/No rpl 2/4
