ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to transfer patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition based on her representation dated 13.01.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner seeks for transfer of patta in her name based on the Civil Court Judgment and Decree dated 18.10.2010 passed by the District Munsifcum-Judicial Magistrate in O.S.No.46 of 2008, which was also upheld by the Appellate Court in A.S.No.25 of 2015. The petitioner had given a representation on 13.01.2025 to the respondent seeking for transfer of patta in her name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and since the said representation has not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed.

3. Mr. R. P. Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties whom the respondent deems it fit to enquire within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 13.01.2025, seeking for issuance of patta in her name for

the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties whom the respondent deems it fit to enquire.
