Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 42 days in filing the writ appeal against the order dated 19.10.2022 made in W.P.No.33688 of 2015.

Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and since no serious objection has been raised by learned State Government Pleader, the delay is condoned.

Accordingly, C.M.P.No.8006 of 2023 in W.A.No. SR 45080 of 2023 is ordered.
