ORDER

This Court vide its order dated 05.04.2023 granted an order of interim stayon condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the 3rd respondent on or before the 5th day of every English Calendar Month with a further direction to pay the entire arrears amount for the relevant period. However, till date, the said order has not been complied with by the petitioner.

2. In view of the above, the present writ miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
