ORDER

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. This petition has been filed challenging the proceedings pending in C.C.No.219 of 2021 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate I, Alandur for the offence punishable under Section 304A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. For the very same incident that took place in the year 2015, the petitioners filed quash petitions before this Court wherein this Court, by order dated 01.2.2022, dismissed all the quash petitions. The said order is also reported in 2022 (2) MLJ (Crl.) 122 [MIOT Hospitals rep.by its Founder Dr.P.V.A.Mohandas https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Vs. Venkata Ramanaiah]. The reasoning given in the said order will equally apply to the facts of the present case also.

4. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this quash petition. Accordingly, the above criminal original petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected Crl.M.Ps. are also dismissed.
