ORDER

The learned counsel for the parties submitted that the matter has been settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached this court and prayed that the terms of the mediation agreement may be recorded and the writ petition may be closed.

2. Accordingly, by recording the mediation agreement dated 02.6.2016, this writ petition stands closed. The mediation agreement and the report shall form part of this order. No costs. Consequently, the above MPs are closed. Xerox Copy of Mediation Agreement is enclosed.
