Nio.AA1/CH/Engg(C) SR/E Toilet /17-18 dated 27.03.2018 for installing e.toilets in the specified airports, has acted arbitrarily and illegaly as none are competent to participate in the tender, except the company, Eram Scientific Solutions (P) ltd which got the trade mark of e-toilet registered in its name, thereby making the said tender as not a tender but, a invitation to the said company to supply its e-toilets. O R D E R

Mr.M.Palanimuthu, learned Government Advocate for the respondents stated that the impugned tender had been canceled due to administrative reasons. If fresh tender is issued and the petitioner has similar grievances, he will be at liberty to move this Court again.

2. Thus, nothing survives in this writ petition and it is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
