Prayer in W.P.No.6999 of 2022:This Writ Petition filed under Article 226, of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a writ, of certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent in Ka.Thu.Na.Ka.No.E1 / 1555 / 2022 dated 19.03.2022 served on the petitioner on 21.03.2022 by the 3rd respondent and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue as Head Master, Chennai Boys Higher Secondary School, Saidapet, Chennai - 15 till the date of retirement in February 2023( W.P.No.6999 of 2022) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

ii)To pass an order, Interim stay staying the operation of the impugned proceedings issued by the 2nd Respondent i Ka.Thu.Na.Ka.No.E1 / 1555 / 2022 dated 19.03.2022 served, on the Petitioner on 21.03.2022 by the 3rd Respondent, ( W.M.P.No.7034 of 2022) pending disposal of W.P.No.6999 of 2022. JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the appellant prays for withdrawal of the writ appeal with liberty to approach the learned Single Judge to recall the order.
