This petition is filed to condone the delay of 378 days in filing the writ appeal against the order dated 14.11.2018 made in W.P.No.3643 of 2011.

2. Though notice has been served on the respondent, none appears on behalf of the respondent.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the appellants.

4. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the appellants and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
