This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the F.I.R lodged against the petitioners herein in Crime No.53 of 2024, on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. Due to property dispute, the mother has given a complaint against her son, daughter-in-law and relatives of daughter-in-law. Hence, the case has been registered in Crime No.53 of 2024 on 07.02.2024.

3. The Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners state that it is purely a property dispute which has been given a criminal colour as if the petitioners along with the other accused assaulted his mother.

4. This Court perused the Accident Register which forms part of the CD file.

5. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent states that the investigation will be completed within a period of one Page No.2/4

month, if any cognizable offence is made out, final report will be filed in accordance with law.
