CRIME NO.95 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed(i.e) The petitioner after his release from prison, shall stay at Mahe and report before the Mahe Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by order passed by this Honourabel Court in Crl.O.P.No. 18133 of 2020 by the order dated 15/03/2021 and thereby render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.U.GOBI KRISHNAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.V.BALAMURUGAN, Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18133 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 120(b), 147, 148, 341, 302 of IPC read with Section 149 of IPC in Crime No.95 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioner has not been complied with the condition imposed by this Court. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition and accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
