Seeking leave to sue the 2nd respondent, the applicant/plaintiff has come up with this application.

2. The applicant is the plaintiff in the suit filed for recovery of money.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the suit has been laid against the defendants for recovery of money based on the Articles of Agreement dated 05.07.2013 entered into between the plaintiff and the first defendant at Chennai. The learned counsel would further submit that the second defendant is appointed as Architect who is having office at Kerala and he is only a formal party. Therefore, cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and also considering the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
