This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 95 days in representing the CMA Sr.No.160947 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case bundle relating to the present appeal was mixed up with disposed bundle in the counsel's office. Hence, the petitioner was not able file the appeal on time, seeks to allow this petition.

3. The reason assigned by the petitioner is justifiable. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
