When the Civil Revision Petition was listed on 06.10.2016, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was adjourned by two weeks. Subsequently, the matter was listed on 20.10.2016. Again, on that day also, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, though the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the Civil Revision Petition for non prosecution. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed for non prosecution.

No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
