2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that pursuant to the action taken and issuance of the notification dated 07.07.2011 by the first respondent, the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
