The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In the light of endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

3. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to file an appropriate appeal under Section 152 Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act 1983 before the Tribunal. On filing of such appeal, the Appellate Authority without insisting for limitation under Section 153 of the Co-operative Societies Act 1983 shall take the same on file.
