O R D E R

The learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the writ appeal filed by the respondents was rejected and against the said order, Review Application in Rev.A. No. 214 of 2022, has been filed.

2. Since the Review Application is also filed against the common order, this Court has to wait till the final position reaches with reference to the issues raised in the Review Application. Thus, the petitioners are at liberty to file an appropriate application, after the disposal of the Rev.Appln. No. 214 of 2022, now pending before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court.

3. With this liberty, the contempt petition stands closed.
