This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Certiorari, to quash the order passed by the 1st respondent in A.P.No.10 of 2011 dated 11.02.2016.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the affairs of the Company are fully wound up and, therefore, he submits that, no further order is necessary in this Writ Petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
