to the extent of 2000 sq.ft (approx) belongs the Government and to recover the public property land from the hands of individuals by considering the petitioner's representations dated 5.12.2024, 3.1.2025 and 8.2.2025.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard.
2. Taking into consideration the nature of allegation made in the petition, instead of keeping this matter pending, at this stage, we are inclined to dispose it of with a direction to respondent No.9 to examine the complaint made by the petitioner by holding
appropriate enquiry and after giving opportunity of hearing to those against whom allegations are made. The enquiry shall be concluded within a period of four months. Thereafter, appropriate order, as required under law, may be passed.
3. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
