..Respondents Prayer: This Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certirarified Mandamus, to call for the impugned order dated 07.11.2019 passed by the 2nd respondent thereby terminating the petitioner's lease agreement for the Shop No.19, Bank Complex 24, Hosur, Krishnagiri District and quash the same and consequently to direct the 2nd respondent to fix fair rent following due process of law. 1/4
