ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.91/2016.

2. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate that the FIR has been closed as mistake of fact on 23.9.2016 itself.

3. In such view of the matter, no further direction needs to be granted as the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.
