This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to hear and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 12.05.2014 after affording a personal hearing to the petitioner.
2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. The learned Counsel appearing for the first respondent would submitted that the representation of the petitioner is of the year 2014 and hence if the petitioner submits a fresh application, the first respondent will consider the same and will pass suitable orders on merit.
3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, if the petitioner submits a fresh representation to the first respondent, the first respondent shall consider the same and pass suitable orders expeditiously on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner.
