Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the petitioner should report before the investigating officer daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Honble court in Crl.OP.No.5916 of 2022 on 28.03.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.P.MEENAKSHI SUNDHARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.5916 of 2022 dated 28.03.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation has not yet completed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer is modified to the effect that the petitioner should report before the Investigating Officer once in a week i.e., on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. -sd/- 27/04/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
