Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the petitioner should report before the investigating officer daily at 10.30 A.M. until further orders imposed by this Honorable Court in Crl.OP.No.5581 of 2022 on 10.03.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.P.MEENAKSHI SUNDHARAM, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5581 of 2022, dated 10.03.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had been complying the condition regularly and that the final report is not yet filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigation Officer once in a week i.e., every Monday, till filing of the final report.
