COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed challenging the impugned orders, both dated 06.02.2026 passed in I.A.Nos.2 and 1 of 2025 in O.S.No.294 of 2023 on the file of the Sub Court, Palacode, dismissing the applications filed by the petitioner for (a) sending the documents for expert examination u/s 45 of the Indian Evidence Act, and (b) reopen and recall the defendant's side witness.
2. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondent in these civil revision petitions, notice to the respondent in these civil revision petitions is dispensed with by this Court.
3. Under the impugned orders, the trial court has refused to entertain the applications filed by the petitioner on the ground that it has been filed at a belated stage. Admittedly, the applications were filed by the petitioner during the arguments stage in the main suit. The petitioner is the defendant in the suit. This Court does not find any infirmity in the reasons given by the trial court for dismissing the interlocutory applications filed by the petitioner.
