Heard Mr. K.V.Bhashyam Chari, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. P.Balathandayutham, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First to Third and Fifth Respondents and Ms. Shanmugavalli Sekar, Learned Counsel for the Fourth Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 24.08.2021 passed in W.P. No. 10501 of 2021 by the Court. 2/5

It has been brought to notice that in compliance of the order dated 24.08.2021 passed in W.P. No. 10501 of 2021 by the Court, the Second Respondent by proceedings in Se. Mu. Na. Ka. No. 771/2022/A3VuE(Voo) dated 15.10.2022 has passed orders on the representation made by the Petitioner and its copy has been placed on record. In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in the Contempt Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any other grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out its rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, the Contempt Petition is closed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
