Prayer: Civil Suit filed under Order IV Rul3 1 of the Original Side Rules read with Order VII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 a) declaring that the alleged notice dated 15.04.2020 calling for an EGM and the consequent alleged EGM and the resolution dated 11.05.2020 passed therein by the first defendant are illegal, void and non-est in law, b) grant a decree of perpetual injunction restraining the 2nd defendant his men, agents, servants and subordinates from interfering with the rights of the plaintiff as the Director of the first defendant.
