CMP No.7545 of 2026: This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 89 days in filing petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 2nd respondent.

CMP No.7547 of 2026: This petition has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 2nd respondent.

CMP No.7549 of 2026: This petition has been filed to bring on record the L.Rs of the deceased 2nd respondent as respondents 4 to 6 in the second appeal.

Mr.P.Navaneethakrishnan learned counsel takes notice for the proposed R4 to R6 and he has no serious objection for allowing these petitions.

Accordingly, all these petitions are allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the civil miscellaneous petitions and also in the second appeal.
