O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to grant approval for the appointment of Smt.S.Sarojini as B.T.(Science) Graduate Teacher made in the vacant post with prior permission in the petitioner school i.e., M/s.P.V.K.N.Higher Secondary School, Pongalur Palladam Taluk, Tiruppur District, w.e.f. 12.09.2018 with all consequential monetary benefits.

2. Mr.P.Raja, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate represented that approval, with regard to the appointment of Smt.S.Sarojini as B.T.(Science) Graduate Teacher, has already been granted by the 3rd respondent. It is further represented that in respect of grant of monetary benefits to the appointee of the petitioner, the respondents have to scrutinize the records before extending the same to her and therefore, the respondents need eight weeks' time to complete the said exercise.

4. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that no further adjudication is required in this petition with regard to the subject matter, namely, approval to the appointment of Smt.S.Sarojini as B.T.(Science) Graduate Teacher in the petitioner school.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Time of eight weeks from today is granted, as sought by the respondents for the grant of eligible monetary benefits to the said Smt.S.Sarojini, B.T.(Science) Graduate Teacher appointed in the petitioner school. No costs.
