Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. Perused the records.

2. This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the VI Assistant City Civil Court to expedite the disposal of O.S.No.7885 of 2022.

3. According to the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, the 1/3

petitioner/plaintiff has filed a suit for eviction of the respondent/defendant from the schedule of property on the ground of non-payment of rent and also on the ground of non-cooperation for execution of the lease agreement. The respondent/defendant filed written statement and draft issues has also been filed.

4. Taking into consideration the nature of the suit, the learned VI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai is hereby directed to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible, not later than eight(8) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
