..Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to declare the petitioner as candidate belonging to OBC category in the NEET PG 2020 examination based on the Backward Class Community Certificate of the petitioner and further declare him as eligible and qualified for the ensuing admission and counseling in National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test PG 2020 based on the marks secured by the petitioner in the category of Other Backward Class (OBC) and it is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondent to admit the petitioner for counseling to the Post Graduate Courses in Medicine for the academic year 2020 based on the Backward Community of the petitioner.
