Seeking leave to sue the 2nd respondent, the applicant/plaintiff has come up with this application.
2. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the suit has been laid for mandatory injunction to conduct election for the first defendants union which is situated at Royapettah High Road, Chennai. It is further submitted that the 2nd defendant viz., the President Adhoc Committee is residing at Madurai. Therefore, cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and also considering the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
