Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to conduct Annadhanam, Veedhi Uzha and Vana Veidikai to be held on 01.01.2018 at Arulmighu Ayyappan Thirukoil, Sundakamuthur, Perur Taluk, Coimbatore District.

Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the request made by the petitioner seeking permission to conduct "annadhanam" etc. through his representation dated 15.12.2017 has not been considered so far.

3.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the said representation will be considered on or before 28.12.2017 and appropriate orders will be passed and the same will be communicated to the petitioner. 4.Recording the above said submission, the writ petition is disposed of, by directing the fourth respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2017 on or before 28.12.2017 and communicate the order to the petitioner. No costs.
