ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction for speedy disposal of the case in C.C.No.5599 of 2011 on the file of the XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, within a specified time frame.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case was filed in the year 2011 and because of the failure on the part of the respondent in bringing the witnesses to the Court, the trial is getting delayed.

3.Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the respondent.

4.Considering the fact that the case relates to the year 2011 and also the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.5599 of 2011 pending on his file, after affording due opportunity to all the parties concerned, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
