Heard both sides.

It appears that the petitioner had addressed a representation dated 13.05.2014 to the Principal Executive Officer of the respondent- Wakf Board praying for conducting the election after Ramzan fasting [originally the election was scheduled to took place on 29.05.2014].

3. At this stage, the Learned counsel for the Respondent/Wakf Board brings it to the notice of this Court that the election took place on 17.08.2014 and that the Office Bearers were duly elected and also the Resolution was sent to the Respondent for taking further action in the matter in question.

4. In view of the fact that only after considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2014, the election had taken place on 17.08.2014, this Court comes to an inevitable conclusion https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition and accordingly, disposes of the same without costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
