2. This petition is filed to permit the petitioner to publish one paper publication in "Makkal Kural" for appearance of the respondents 3 and 4 in C.M.P.No.23925 of 2023 in C.R.P.No.2594 of 2016.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court satisfied to order this petition permitting the petitioner to take out notice through substitute service to the respondents 3 and 4 by publishing the notice in "Makkal Kural" in Chennai Edition and file proof of service by next date of hearing.
