When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the applicant has made an endorsement in the Court bundle for not pressing this application. However, in the said endorsement, liberty is sought for by the applicant to file an Execution Petition to execute the arbitral award before the appropriate Executing Court. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as not pressed. However, liberty as prayed for by the applicant as seen from the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the applicant is granted. No costs.
