ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the H.M.O.P.No.56 of 2023 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court at Dharmapuri to the Family Court,Thiruvannamalai.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is residing in Tiruvannamalai District and has filed a petition for restitution of conjugal rights. It is difficult for her to travel to Dharmapuri to attend the court proceedings. Therefore, he prayed that this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition be allowed.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds the reasons stated to be justifiable and is inclined to allow the transfer.

4. Accordingly, H.M.O.P.No.56 of 2023 pending on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court at Dharmapuri, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Thiruvannamalai. The learned trial Judge is directed to issue notice to the respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter proceed with the matter in accordance with law. Further, the Additional Subordinate Court at Dharmapuri is directed to transmit case bundles to Subordinate Court, Thiruvannamalai within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
