"Under the above circumstances, it is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other writ,

order or direction in the nature of writ and to call for the records of the respondent issued in his Letter bearing Lr.No. TDR/17820/2013 DATED 15.06.2017 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondent to issue TDR (Transferable Development Rights) for 510.75 sq.m. by way of a fresh certificate and INSTEAD OF to call for the records of the respondent in their letter Lr. No.TDR/ 17820/ 2013 dated 15.06.2017 and quash the same and further direct the respondent to issue TDR (Transferable Development Rights) for 347.87 sq.m., to the petitioner in addition to the DRC (Development Right Certificate) already granted to the petitioner for 50.3 sq.m. by certificate No.047/ 2017 dated 07.02.2017 For Petitioner(s):

O R D E R

The main prayer of the petitioner remains constant. The petitioner seeks an amendment to the consequential directions. Instead of Transferable Development Rights (TDR) being calculated at 347.87 sq.m., he seeks 510.75 sq.m. The cause of action for the writ petition remains the same. Amendment of consequential reliefs do not change the character of litigation. The amendments are allowed.

2. The respondent to file a counter, if they so desire to the amended prayers.

3. Mr.Jawahar appearing for Ms.Mageswari seeks three weeks' time for filing counter.

4. Post on 07.01.2026.
