This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Hon'ble Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate at Tirupur to dispose of the above case (CMP 142 of 2014 and the main case for which CFR No.was 68 of 2013) expeditiously.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. It is seen that the case in CMP No.142 of 2014 in CFR No.68 of 2014 is pending from the year 2014. Hence, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirupur, is directed to dispose of the case in CMP.No.142 of 2014 in CFR No.68 of 2013 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In view of the above, the criminal original petition is closed.
