PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to give a direction directing the respondent to register the First Information Report against the accused based on the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem in Crl.M.P.No.559 of 2021 dated 25.03.2021.

ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner/accused seeking a direction to register the First Information Report based on the complaint lodged by him.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that as per the order of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem, in Crl.M.P.No.559 of 2021, dated 25.03.2021, a case in Crime No.329 of 2021 was registered for the offence under Sections 420, 120B, 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
