2. Since serious objection to the impleadment has not been made and looking to the fact that it may unnecessarily delay the hearing of the case, the applications for impleadment are allowed.

The petitioner would be at liberty to address all the issues and contentions on merit and therefore, whatever has been stated in the applications for impleadment that may be addressed accordingly.
