Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is the respondent / wife in HMOP.No.69 of 2025 on the file of the Sub Court, Paramathi which is filed for an order of divorce. She has filed this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition seeking to transfer the said Original Petition pending on the file of Subordinate Court, Paramathi to the Sub Court, Kodumudi by stating that she is not in a position to travel from Kodumudi to Paramathi.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that before the Sub Court, Paramathi in HMOP.No.69 of 2025, as the petitioner/wife for non-filing of counter, was set exparte; she has taken out an application to set aside the exparte order and to receive her counter in I.A.No.2 of 2026 and the same is pending before the Sub Court, Paramathi.

4. In view of the said submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to move this Court after the disposal of the said interim application. At present, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition

stands closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
