Today, when the above appeal was taken up for hearing, a memo for compromise was filed incorporating the terms of the settlement. The memo of compromise entered between the parties is recorded. The Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the memo of compromise. In view of the compromise recorded in this Second Appeal, the suit is decreed in terms of the compromise memo.
