This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27494 of 2022 dated 17.11.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
