This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 08.12.2021 made in W.P.No.31162 of 2019. 2.Pursuant to the statutory notice ordered on 21.04.2023, the 1/3

respondent/ contemnor, appeared before this Court today (02.06.2023). The further appearance of the contemnor is dispensed with.

3.This Court vide order dated 08.12.2021 made in W.P.No. 31162 of 2019 issued direction to the first respondent therein to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation within a time frame.

4.It is represented by the learned Government Pleader (Puducherry) appearing for the respondent that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 08.12.2021 made in W.P.No.31162 of 2019, appropriate orders were passed on 01.06.2023. Hence, the order dated 08.12.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.31162 of 2019, which is the subject matter of contempt was complied with. 5.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed.
