The Contempt Petition has been filed for punishing the respondents for having not obeyed the orders of this Court dated 23.06.2022 passed in W.P.No.27174 of 2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents has produced a copy of the proceedings dated 22.09.2023 passed in Na.Ka.No.1948/2019/Aa, before this Court in proof of compliance of the orders of this Court dated 23.06.2022, whereupon, the representation dated 19.08.2021 of the petitioner was rejected.

3. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is needless to state that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 22.09.2022, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law, if so advised. No costs.
